2. Are you a manufacturer? If yes, in which city?
Yes, we're a 3,000 square-meters factory with more than 100 workers. our factory is located in HuaDu and Baiyun District Guangzhou.
3. How can I visit your factory ?
Tell us before you come to Guangzhou. It's about one hour from the downtown to our factory .
4. Could you please tell me your payment terms?
Trade Assurance and TT, 30% deposit ,balance before delivery.
5. What's your delivery time ?
Sample time is about 2 to 7 days.
Production lead time is about 15 days.
6. How can i get a sample with my logo?
Please send us the design document of your logo, sample and logo cost will be paid by you.
7. Can we pay using Paypal for samples. Does it cost extra? Or what would be prefered pay methods?
Yes, we accept PayPal for samples. You should pay more 5.3% services charge. We suggest to use the Alibaba trade assurance. You can pay by credit card and E-Checking. Free service change.
8. What kind of packing do you offer?
One piece for polybag , several pieces for carton. Customized packing is also available.
